*While Zoom Basic has the conferencing features and functionality to suit most people’s needs, RISD does have limited licensing for Zoom Pro. If you feel Zoom Pro is necessary for your needs, please contact the RISD IT Service Desk to request a Zoom Pro account. Please see below.

How do I get an account on Zoom?
All faculty, staff and students receive a basic Zoom account. For those of you with an existing GTM account (yourself), ITS provisioned you a Zoom Pro account.
