Procedures for checkout

EQUIPMENT PICKUPS
All patrons will need to contact MRC via the RISD QLess phone app

THERE WILL BE NO WALK-IN SERVICE AVAILABLE.

Information on the MRC equipment inventory: mrc.risd.edu/equipment/

Your equipment requirements and a pickup time will be scheduled and confirmed on the QLess app and you will be provided text message updates of your wait time.

The MRC checkout staff will enter all details for the checkout into our system and scan the items into the system.

Please arrive at the lobby door marked “EQUIPMENT PICKUP”, the QLess app will send a text notification to you about your turn to enter the building to pick up your equipment.

At that time, please tell the student worker your name and reservation/pickup time and you will be directed to your checkout.

Masks are required to enter the lobby.

EQUIPMENT RETURNS

Please return all equipment at the agreed return time to the RISD Auditorium lobby.

Please give your name to a student worker, and they will scan the equipment to make the return.

The student worker will return the equipment in our system. If there is missing equipment, you will get a message via the QLess system.
